The breakfast was quite good and varied. the location was a bit farther from the beaches than expected. If you're using a rental car, though, it’s manageable. a pleasant experience with great service.

had the best family vacation at hilton galatzo! the staff were super attentive and made us feel like royalty. our family suite was way bigger than we expected, super clean, and comfy with 3 TVs! breakfast and dinner were delish, tons of choices, and big shoutout to diogo for the special brownies he arranged for us. the views from the restaurant were amazing too, perfect place to chill with a drink after!

the family pool is lovely but crowded with inflatables and ball games. breakfast buffet ran out of items and was very hot.

the Hilton should really reconsider their 5-star status. the so-called 'adult-only' area was overrun with children, and the food was utterly inedible, absolutely disgusting. after enduring this nightmare, I would have appreciated a complimentary upgrade or at least a sincere apology but instead got absolutely nothing! I almost left a decent review but just couldn’t.

The room with a sea view was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pools. Breakfast had many options, and I found the omelets made to order quite enjoyable. The grounds were spacious, perfect for a stroll. I appreciated the courtesy bus that took me into town in just a few minutes. Being from Seoul, I value good service, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel and loved it! The swimming pools are fantastic, especially the smaller one near the restaurant. Super friendly staff, felt like a family! Breakfast was a feast, although the toaster was a bit slow. Just a heads up, the room pillows flattened fast, so grab extras if you need 'em!

Only downside was the breakfast service could be a bit slow during peak times, but definitely grab a spot to enjoy those ocean views! 🌊

The pools had a cooling effect, and let's not even start on the pricey snacks and drinks—it felt like a jab every time I looked at the menu. the shuttle service had tight timings. if you missed it, plan on a long walk back.
